60 fps on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S
In a press release issued yesterday by Xbox indicating how to access language support information on a game, an image revealed information that is not yet available at this time.
The published image (below) indeed shows the tile of the game Batman: Arkham Knight which includes the Xbox Game Pass logo, but especially the logo which indicates an optimization for the latest Xbox consoles. To date, the game has not been announced as supporting specific optimizations for Xbox Series X | S, so it could be the case very soon.
Without going too far, one could easily imagine that the game from Rocksteady Studios could eventually support a framerate of 60 frames per second on Xbox Series X | S with a resolution up to 4K on Series X. For the moment, it must wait until an official announcement, unless it is an error on the part of the Xbox teams. Meanwhile, the upcoming Batman game, Gotham Knights, remains in development with a release still slated for this year.
