The mobile battle royale genre welcomes a new competitor
During this evening, and earlier in the day, the NetEase Connect 2022 was held, an event organized by the Chinese publisher, which is working, in part, on the highly anticipated Diablo Immortal. The mobile version of Diablo certainly did not show the tip of its nose during the event, but the Chinese company had plenty to entertain us for nearly an hour by presenting flagship titles (about fifteen) from its catalog, including Harry Potter: Magic Emerges which has more, but succinctly, revealed the time of a new commercial reaffirming its upcoming release!
Among the guest list is the battle royale Naraka: Bladepoint which, after achieving some success with the public on computer and PS5 invites itself on new supports, much more adapted to play everywhere where we want, namely on the equipment iOS and android. A preferential treatment which was also entitled Dead by Daylight, also present during the event, whose beta phase is supposed to start very soon! But back to Naraka: Bladepoint who is already savoring this second life by announcing the arrival, starting tomorrow, of a new character: the samurai, and incidentally demonic vessel, Takeda Nobutada!
Attract new players like Fortnite, and soon Call of Duty?
It was one of the longest excerpts presented tonight, but Naraka: Bladepoint had a lot of things to tell us around the announcement of his upcoming arrival on iOS and android. Unfortunately, we don’t know the exact date yet, but things seem to be falling into place: to give players something to wait for, the video broadcast is accompanied by a presentation of the character of Takeda and a dive into the heart of this battle royale with stabbing battles as frantic as they are sharp!
As a reminder, the game pits 60 players against each other in settings inspired by China in its feudal era.. Against all odds, this mobile version will not be a cheap version since it will be equipped with same high quality graphics and same gameplay which earned him his fame, as well as a whole bunch of options (interface, camera, controls) for optimal comfort during the frenzied games that await you at each game!
