While the Lost Ark devs have just confirmed the release date for the next patch, a new post goes into detail explaining why there was a delay to the June update, but also announcing the removal of the patch. a feature planned for the next update… and gifts!

Why was the June update delayed?

Basically, the June update was supposed to be released in the middle of the month. However, as you can see, it was finally announced for June 30, the end of the month. And to date, still no patch notes regarding this patch. The community took this lack of transparency with regard to the delay very badly, and it is therefore in particular on this that AGS wishes to give more details.

The reasons for the delay, according to them, are multiple. One of them would be the fact that they worked with Smilegate RPG, the game developers, to add a player-requested fortress finder feature, but also the teams efforts to rid the game of bots, evaluating other upcoming content, and finally, adding some goodies for players. But also time to make a decision about a planned addition for the month of June, which will eventually be removed.

Yoz urn cancelled!

The Yoz urn was supposed to be a new system for the global version of Lost Ark. This cosmetic system consisted of a variety of epic skins, but also two special legendary skins for each advanced class. But they weren’t just cosmetic. Indeed, they also provided a small increase in attack power (1 to 2%). It was therefore, even if it was very minimal, cosmetics which also brought an advantage in play compared to other free to play players in particular. After reflection, the system of urn Yoz won’t come to us.

Finally, the shop will be updated with the addition of new skins. Also, development support packs containing refinement materials will be added! Full details and pack contents will be released in the next patch notes.
