Game News Forza Horizon 5: the exclusive Xbox offers a real co-op mode in the Series 9 update!
If it was already excellent at the base, Forza Horizon 5 continues to be refined over the updates. The next update, Series 9, will bring a host of new content including a co-op mode that has something to envy.
The more we are, the better
Forza Horizon 5 was already, at its core, an impressive title and among the best racing games ever made. A frankly prestigious title whose multiple updates improve it again and again, as if that were not enough. On the side of the players, difficult to refuse: the Series 9 update will notably bring a real coop mode which is clearly to be pointed out.
For more details, all Horizons stories – that could only be played solo until now – can now be done in groups, up to six people. And be careful, we are not talking about competition but about mutual aid since the objectives completed by a player will be pooled. In other words, if a player wins such and such a reward after having achieved such and such a goal, so will all his comrades.
Hot Wheels in the spotlight
Of course, the Series 9 update will be the great opportunity for Playground Games to add the first expansion of the title dedicated to Hot Wheels. This DLC costing 19.99 euros (even for Xbox Game Pass subscribers) will add new vehicles such as the 2012 Rip Rod, the 1949 Ford F-5 Dually Custom Hot Rod or the 2005 Ford Mustang, way miniature toys. Not to mention the iconic orange circuits literally flying through the air, including a big gameplay video can be found at this address.
The update will also add a plethora of other elements like a new Forza EV Rivals event, new languages and subtitles, stability and performance improvements or even small bug fixes here and there. See you on July 19 on PC, Xbox Series and Xbox.
